Really boring question about M&S pyjama sizing

Buying PJs for my sister for Xmas. If she’s a size 16/18, would she need a large or an extra large?

Look at the sizing guide online.

Mike, if there was one, I would. The listing helpfully said ‘model wears a size 12’, when the sizing is S-M-L etc.

I find M&S PJ sizes small. My waist is a 10-12 but I need 14 in M&S PJs. I’d go XL for a bit of extra room.

I agree with shenanagins5. I'm a 10-12 but currently wearing a large in M&S PJs.

Possibly not helpful but I've bought 2 pairs of PJs from M&S this season, both from the same range, same size but fit was completely different! One was fine and the other about 2 sizes too small

The reviews are usually helpful on the website but agree about sizing up to be on the safe side.
