Talk to me about dpop

Everyone is raving about it but I dont find it very user friendly (like ebay is). I search for stuff and nothing comes up or random things not related to the search come up...do I have to have an account to get decent search results? Any other tips for making the best of it?

I haven't used it for very long but there is a newish function called My DNA, which recommends things based on the things you've recently viewed and the preferences that you set.

I buy a lot of things from Depop but the search function is definitely not as good as on Ebay or Vinted. I find it helps to either be creative/do multiple searches with different key words or search by the brand. I've nearly always got lots of choice but I don't think I've ever browsed without having an account, so I'm not sure if it makes any difference.
