How often do you wash/blow dry/straighten it?
For the first time in my life I have reasonably long hair.. bra strap length. It's also thick, wavy and sadly at the front.. a bit frizzy... any rain or damp and POOF it's huge!

I've always washed mine every other night, and dried and straightened it but I'm trying to be kinder to it now it's long but don't like the thought of leaving it any longer than two days. I have to dry it or it's says damp for 24 hours!

Other than blasting it with Batiste on day two how do I keep it feeling nice for an extra day?

Every other day for all of those, unless it's hot or I've worked out

I have long, thick, wavy/curly hair. I never ever blow dry it, ever. Mostly out of laziness , partly due to having children that would wake with the noise and never having time to do it in the day; it's just a habit I've got into.
I wash, condition, oil, plait, leave to dry. Probably only wash it once or twice a week. I only ever straighten it when I colour it, so once a month or so.

I'm 58 and have dry hair do I wash it once a week and either put it in comfortable foam rollers overnight for some bounce or run some straighteners through it before work.

Another twice a seeker here! I’ll only wear it down the first couple of days. Then it’s a mix of ponytails with it pushed forward a bit in front, high and low buns (plaited ones or side ones sometimes), fish tail or Dutch braids, French plaits (sometimes a normal one other times just the front and the back in a pony or bun). I also often use headbands, scarves, slides etc to disguise slightly greasy roots.

Don’t overcondition the scalp. I only put conditioner on the length and avoid product on the roots, other than a nice shampoo. Once a week I use a detox type shampoo.
