Nose piercing yay or nay?

I'm 35 and have always wanted one (DP think it would look super cute!) But I'm worried that my scarring isn't the best and placement. I'd want it as close to my cheek as possible (I've seen most are done too close to the tip of the nose).

Any tips/ photos/ ideas? I'm tone about it!

Where it is positioned depend on the shape of your nose. It's usually in the curve around your nostril like the attached pic, nowhere near the tip of your nose

Go for it! I love mine, I like a sparkly piercing and my boyfriend also says it’s cute. If you’re unsure pop a gem on with eyelash glue and wear it round the house. It’s annoying doing makeup as you have to take it out of r try heard to work around it but that’s it! Mine healed super fast, no scars and I was surprised as my ear piercings healed awfully and I had to take them out. If you go get one and opt for a stud don’t go for the ones with a ball at the end. The skin grows around them, I opt for the L shape studs as they are super easy to remove and pop back in

I’ve had many piercings over the years and the nose is the only one I’ve kept. Don’t even wear earrings any more. Mine is pierced further forwards as I initially had 2 but the second didn’t heal properly so I took it out. There’s barely a scar and I have keloid skin so it would be worse on me than others. I love it.

What about big noses?? I definitely have one!

Yes! I have a septum piercing.

I had terrible piercing bumps with my nose piercings and looked awful . Eventually healed but wasn’t pretty during the time. Face mask then would have been ideal.
