Eyelash lift/perm, is it worth it?

I have really short eyelashes and get asked if I’m ok /tired /ill when I don’t curl them and put mascara on. I’ve got very dark eyelashes already but I gather they would dye them as part of the process which I’m not sure would make much difference given how dark they are already . Would it be pointless when my eyelashes are so short ? Or would it help me look less rough all the time and when I forget to stick make up on?!

I have short lashes too. They had to use the smallest rod on mine.
I did like them. They definitely made me look more awake.
They weren't wow though. I would get them done again as a tread but wouldn't do them regularly.

Thanks that’s good to know and sounds like they looked natural enough too. I once had extensions and it really didn’t suit me it looked very unnatural on me so just hoping for the same effect as a good mascara day ideally
