My new Levis are practically unwearable due to the dye that rubs off on hands, clothes, furniture ... I've washed them several times in cold water to rinse the excess dye out (as advised by Good Housekeeping) but to no avail.
I've heard that rinsing with white vinegar used to work but again GH have said the new dyes are resistant to this.
I've contacted levis but have yet to hear back from them.
Any suggestions - other than burn them!!
