Mauve will get very marked/dirty so depends on if you can handle stress of keeping it clean

Kin. The shape is more practical for fitting stuff in and if you're anything like me, OP, you always end up carrying around more stuff than you might anticipate.

I'm bemused by the 'you can't suit both those colours' thing. It's a bag, a back pack, and will be on the OP's back. Surely we don't have to worry about bags making us look drained/sallow/whatever?
