The Ordinary stock problems?

I haven't been able to get hold of The Ordinary vit c and HA or Matrixl for ages. It's out of stock in the Boots and Cult Beauty websites. I have found it for sale on websites which deliver from the US but the postage costs a lot and it takes a long time.

Does anyone know a U.K. website with a good supply?

Haha you must be new to the brand!

This has been the case for years, they always have stock problems! They have even been dropped by long-standing retailers in the past over this.

Your only options are to keep stalking their stockists, or try an alternative. The inkey list are very similar.

Thanks for the tip of inkey list.

I have been buying The Ordinary for quite a while and the stock has always been hit and miss so I have tended to bulk buy so I don't run out. However it seems particularly bad recently and I have completely run out.

beauty bay has one in stock!

In London, Selfridges and TOPSHOP Oxford st stock the full range so could be worth a visit! Try the Deciem store too.

Outside of London, try your local Selfridges and Boots.

Boots online have the standalone TO HA and standalone TO Vit C in stock. You could try both as an alternative to the product you use.

Found your other product in stock too!

Next stock the ordinary, managed to get some squalane cleanser off there last week

Oh thank you! 🙏🏽

The Ordinary are terrible with their stock. I have shifted to Revolution Skincare tbh, via Beauty Bay. More reliably in stock and it works the same on me (salicylic acid and a Vit C serum).

Lookfantastic have the Matrixyl, ASOS have a lot of different Ordinary vit C formulas.

Thanks so much everybody, that's really helpful!

Any one know where I could get the ordinary alpha lipoic acid? It seems to be out of stock everywhere.

@OchonAgusOchonO

It was discontinued about a year ago. They have said they're working on a replacement, but not what or when.

They've very recently introduced a niacinamide powder that you can add to any moisturiser or serum you want, rather than being tied to their niacinamide and zinc serum. One of the whispers is that they'll do the same with ALA.

Thanks @Feedingthebirds1. Hopefully they'll do that soon as I've run out and it's one of the few products that I could see worked.
