Winter coat for pear

I'm looking for a warm, waterproof coat, at least mid-thigh or longer. If they fit comfortably over my hips they are huge at the shoulders and too long in the arms. Any suggestions?

Tog24 have good sale prices at the minute, but none of their waterproofs are longer than hip-length. I don't want wet jeans!
