I purchased an LED mask from this company for my son; he’s extremely self conscious about his acne and we’ve tried so many different things we thought we’d give it a go.
It arrived and it was obvious that it had been used. It’s worked for approximately 4 minutes, then switched itself off and wouldn’t come back on.
I got in touch with the company and they never replied, despite my trying many times. The phone number to contact is unobtainable. I went through PayPal who said they could do nothing.
Now, I keep getting emails from them to buy other items and today an email about fantastic Black Friday offers.
It is a SCAM site. Purchase from them only if you’re prepared to lose your money.
