I generally prefer a chunky sole as I have high arches and find lack of cushioning a bit uncomfortable. I also have large calves but slim ankles so think a bit of height.

However, I'm not sure if the NB ones are too flash?

The Gola ones are lovely and I actually might order myself some. The NB are clunky, chunky, and the triangle on the back (as seen in the 360 view) would look really weird from anyone behind you. I'm surprised you like both tbh! Gola, definitely. Classy.

I much prefer the Golas. Not a fan at all of the others. I like a lower profile trainer though tbh. Have just taken delivery of Gazelles today!
