Varicose Vein removal in North West

Any recommendations please? I know they cant be done on the NHS but one leg is really bad with a huge vein over my knee and outer side of leg and recently very tender so I think something needs to be done.

Also there seem to be different ways of removing them, so not sure which is best plus if veins are removed, do the other veins take over the workload and eventually end up in a bad way?

I know someone who had both legs done at Spire on the Wirral. The results were fantastic. They were too far one for the laser so had to have the bigger surgery and she couldn't fault them at all.
