So basically how do i avoid this?!

I want to get a short to medium length bob.
I had a hairdresser years ago who used to cut it shorter at back, a few light layers and did something she called "Bevelling" (kind of cutting the hair shorter at the outside of the head longer towards the bottom...... it helped avoid triangle hair and much more flattering to those of us with wide short neck and weak jawline)

But unfortunately she moved away and every hairdresser since then has either given me a straight bob which looks amazing in the salon but turns into a frizzy triangle when i do it myself, or a borderline version of the above mentioned "may i speak to the manager" do.

my understanding is best to avoid inverted bob . Can anybody recommend top tips what else to ask for or avoid? Or even recommend a stylist or salon who does this look well?!

I think you want a stacked inverted Bob? Have a google and see.
