Wedding dress code

How would you word a non compulsory wedding dress code?

Men will be wearing morning suits (bridal party and anyone that has one) but to make it clear a normal suit is ok if you don't have one?

Most men will wear suits anyway I guess.

Don’t make it wordy - “morning or lounge suits” is sufficient

Isn’t it only the bridal party that wears a morning suit? Genuine question as I’ve never been to a wedding where people have worn them. Other guests shouldn’t be told what to wear/not wear.

Some weddings (usually posh) everyone wears morning suits (the men anyway) and all the women wear hats. My DH has been to one.

Abs think it's fairly normal for a wedding to have a dress code.

I think our wedding invite just said "dress up" or similar but we were marrying in a field so wanted to clarify so everyone knew where they were and weren't worrying about dressing up or down.
