Anyone seen any nice going out clothes (preferably elastic waist)

I have put on two dress sizes and literally none of my clothes fit me. Im living in tracksuit bottoms and leggings.

My lovely DH wants to do something nice for my birthday (i think it'll be at home) but I still want to dress up.
Has anyone seen anything nice for a petite (5ft) wider than usual, 47 year old...
I was thinking something with an elastic waist so when I hopefully go down 2 sizes it'll still fit.

I feel so down with clothes I cant see anything...
I usually buy Whistles, Reiss etc.

I know Hush is a bit marmite on here and to be honest it’s a bit marmite for me, but I do love my Hush Kensington dress. There is quite a bit of give in the waste so in me it’s the shoulders that dictate the size.
