Charm bracelet help please

For Christmas I would like a charm bracelet and some charms. I will earn each charm by losing weight.

I'm struggling with what kind of bracelet to go for- I was thinking traditional but chunky silver chain with charms dangling off.

Then I wavered- pandora rope chain style with beads... or bangle style?

I feel the beads are less individual and personal than old fashioned charms. They are perhaps more practical and secure.

Would a mixture of beads and charms work?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Nomination bracelets are nice, you can add links or charms to them Smile

I have a Tomas Sabo Charm Bracelet. It's a gold link bracelet and I have about 15 charms on it. They're a mix of gold and silver and they were all bought for me by dh on behalf of dd who picked most of them. The bracelet and 1st charm was a mothers day present.

I love it although I don't wear it as often as I used to. I got out of the habit as it annoyed me when I was working. But it's really lovely and I have some absolutely gorgeous (expensive!) charms. When I add up the cost of it now that it's filled it a bit of a shock.

I am not keen on the bead style charms or the nomination but I have friends who love them

I love a charm bracelet and have my eye on this. Its currently 25% off.

I don't have a pandora bracelet but I do have a Link of London one, its years old obliviously.

I bought my sister a Thomas Sabo one and I add charms to it as souvenirs of her travels and milestone birthdays etc. Seems to work well!

Such helpful comments, thank you! I shall browse!

It seemed a good thing to ask for, from DH and the kids, but is clearly more complicated than I thought- and I'm not at all a regular purchaser/brand aficionado/ person who has even a vague awareness of what's around!
