Is this Boden dress nice? 30% off

I’m quite tempted but something about it makes me unsure (probably the price, possibly the sleeves). It would be £112 with the discount. Any thoughts?

I’ve bought Boden dresses before and sent them back because of a bad fit on me, so not sure why I think this would be any different, but I do love the colours.

I hate it. Its neither a going out outfit, a formal outfit, nor is it casual. Whats it for?

I can see why you like it but the Missoni/Heidi comment nailed it for me. The sleeves on top of everything else - just why?! Like a lot of Boden designs, it’s a good idea taken too far, done slightly wrong, and priced a bit too high for the fabric. (I hate polyester).
So it’s a no from me, sorry.

I like it but my DNan did describe my dress sense as like a fairy on top of a cake!

That shape can suit you if you aren't slim I'm tall but I'm not slim but I don't carry much weight above my belly button it's all in the classic Mum paunch, I have a Boden dress in a similar style but different pattern and it looks good on me....I think!

If you’re 6 feet tall and weigh two and a half stone it will look magnificent on you. If you are 5’4” and 12 stone like me, you’ll look like an overstuffed sofa. That dress will be very unflattering on most people.

I actually like it. I’d not wear it, becayse it’s very bright indeed, and I don’t like wearing bright colours, I feel really self conscious, but I’d admire any one who can pull it off.
