M&S Ultimate Sleep Cream - changed formula?

I've been using this for years, and it's really sorted out my dry winter skin. But i just bought a new jar and I think it's causing me to break out. They've defo changed the packaging - does anyone know if they've also changed the ingredients? I can't see anything online.

Also, would love recommendations for a night cream replacement, if anyone has one?

Body Shop Oils of Life Sleeping Cream is good. Skin feels hydrated and plumper in the morn.

Why do companies do this ???
