Are they any good?

They seem to claim to do a lot but I’m a bit skeptical...

Well they feel nice. I haven’t noticed any difference using one. I prefer retinol as it actually works Smile

They seem as though they would feel nice Smile
How long have you been using one for?

I've just been using mine! Totally agree, they feel lovely. Very good for relieving tension and relaxing, but I'm not sure I ever feel like I look any different for it.

XiCi · 24/11/2020 08:32

Yes, I've got one and use it when I remember. Not sure it has any effect on the skin but it feels nice and is relaxing

Lorrtay65 · 24/11/2020 14:59

I've used mine for years once or twice a week, after reading Kate Moss used one. I should really use it more as it definitely reduces puffiness, especially around the eyes.
They are very cheap nowdays, think mine was originally about £30, don't think you need to spend as much as that, Boots and TK Maxx have a selection around a tenner.
Worth a go in my opinion.

I have a rose quartz one. It is relaxing to do and gives skin a smooth, slightly glowy look after. Definitely less puffy.

Nice and relaxing. Good for sinus congestion.
Anything else? Nah.
You can get them from Amazon for about a fiver now.

viccat · 25/11/2020 15:45

I got one of the Amazon cheapie ones a month or so ago. It does feel nice and relaxing but I can't say I've noticed any difference in my skin at all.

It’s worth it if you ever get puffy eyes or rosacea, purely for the cooling properties.
