I've had the same spot on my chin for 6 weeks!

I'm 52, menopausal (started HRT 3 weeks ago.. hooray ) but usually have ok skin.
This large spot appeared.. I suspect it was nasty bacteria as I was scratched by a child (work in special ed with poo-ey fingers.) After a couple of weeks of a boil like lump I had antibiotics that seemed to dry it up a little bit still nasty looking.
I admit I squeezed it and loads of muck came out. But it kept refilling. It gets a little smaller each time it's squeezed. But it won't go!
I don't think it needs more antibiotics but is there anything I can do to help it heal and stop refilling with pus?!

I had a pore on my cheek which kept refilling with white gunk. I left mine alone and stopped squeezing it...which was torture! I also used salicylic acid as I’d read it was good for clogged pores. It was gone after about 2 weeks after driving me mad for months!

Leave it alone now. No more squeezing.

The best way to get rid of spots is to use blister/hydrocolloid plasters overnight, it essentially draws out the excess moisture and shrinks it overnight. I normally use a sterile needle to lance it first.

Salicylic acid is great too

Here are the plasters
