I seem to have developed a weird patch of acne (caused by menopause I presume) on one side of my jaw & neck
Any product recommendations or general advice please?

Spearmint tea and epiduo from the doctors 👌

I use Acnecide from the pharmacy and it works a treat on my hormonal acne. I've had acne my whole life and currently skin can be controlled using this alongside a retinol (I use beauty pie), glycolic toner (also beauty pie) and a decent cleanser. I moisturise with Drunk Elephant peptide cream or UMA anti aging oil.

Yeah drs appointment, don’t piss about because at our age you scar.

I did piss about and have had a red scar for 3 years, I think I’ll be buried with it.

Spiralactone
Utter game changer for me. No side effects, really effective. Only thing is that as it's a strong anti-androgen you really shouldn't get pregnant while using it (birth defects).

Spironolactone

Sigh. I don't know what auto correct was doing there.

I take a drug of which acne is a side effect, not had it myself, but Acnecide is recommended to patients on it with acne.

Can you buy acnecide over the counter?
Take your point about the scarring Fluffy as I can’t leave them alone!
