Does anyone have one of these? Gold thing, looks a bit like a BAFTA.

I always get LED when I go for facials (which is rarely) and think they are probs the thing that makes a difference. Just realised you can buy them for at home use! Would love to know if people are seeing results or if it’s an expensive gimmick that will make me look like a dick in the process

I'm planning on splashing out on one as a Christmas present for myself. I haven't found many reviews on them...I think the effects are probably subtle and more long term but I'm hoping it will help with a facial scar amongst other things.

Anyone else got one?

I don’t have the mask but am a big fan of light therapy. I bought a handheld Light Stim a couple of months ago because I wanted something that I could keep away from my eyes - I’m not convinced the light masks don’t damage your eyesight - the data is conflicting and eyesight concerns were the reason cited for the withdrawal of the Neutrogena light mask from the market in 2018. I haven’t had anything like the instant results - reduced pore size, reduced black circles, pigmentation etc like I got with the Neutrogena one, but I think the Light Stim is helping reducing fine lines and plumping up skin a bit over time. I’m really interested to hear what others have found especially if they have purchased eye protection goggles or have found a mask which has these integrated.
