Brand Alley or other discount sites????

Hi,

Has anyone used any of these and what are your experiences?
Good or bad? Seem to good to be true, so wondering which are safe and which to avoid.

I use brand alley a fair bit,its a very established site

I’ve made my first ever order with Brand Alley and completely failed to notice the very long delivery time. A month between ordering date and estimated delivery.

If it turns up and fits that’s ok but if not it’ll be a pain to be back at step 1 of buying a winter coat half way through December.

At that point I may as well wait a week and see if the coat comes into the Boxing Day sales!

I have been happy with everything from brandalley. Even bought my wedding dress from there! (I didn't want a traditional one)

of course I completely forgot about delivery times. So used to things appearing in a few days. That is something to consider but prices seem so good on there.

What are returns like with Brand Alley? Do they refund easily ?

I buy uggs from brand alley every year plus Hunter wellies and all saints items. I love brand alley but you have to be quite on it with the emails and sales. The delivery time really varies - the uggs come in a few days now.

I've never had any problems with items or returns etc except I think you have to pay postage.

I bought a couple of things from Brand Alley , one has a delivery window of 2 weeks , the other 4 .so it is something to be mindful of.

I've bought shoes several times from brand alley and I've never had issues

You can return everything there's nothing weird there

I recently ordered a Didriksons coat for my adult son and a load of parks candles for Christmas gifts. The candles turned up a couple of days before the quoted delivery window, were well packaged and in perfect condition, and were a steal. The coat is due in early December so fingers crossed for that - but so far, so good

I’ve used Brand Alley a few times and never had an issue , although you do need to check the prices and not just accept that it’s a bargain because it’s on there .

However last time I ordered they sent me an item that had clearly been mis-described on the website, think something like a child’s T-shirt being sold as an adults. I had a lot of problems getting in touch with them and then they said they would look into it but didn’t get back to me. Eventually I returned it but had to pay return postage which I didn’t think was fair.
