Spf drying skin out

I predominantly use a zinc oxide type of sunscreen so understand it will make my skin feel dryer. However, even if I use a generous amount of moisturiser underneath, it still leaves my cheeks feeling tight as if they’re dehydrated as the day goes on. I use Cerave/Aveeno/tried Liz Earle Superskin. I don’t get this feeling if I’m not using SPF.
Any suggestions are much welcomed!

Altruistic sunscreen from Anazon is good for sensitive skin but it is non drying

Thanks. I have some and actually it was fairly shiny but I don’t mind that. Was just hoping to use up the zinc based ones but maybe I can use something more emollient underneath
