Warm Smart/ Casual jacket

Any recommendations? I'm not averse to puffs jackets but have only seen belted ones that aren't very flattering.

I'd like something that could be worn with jeans or work clothes ideally.

Budget up to £150

Have you looked at the Next Padded Coat? It has a more flattering cut that works with smarter and casual outfits. Otherwise there are Parkas but they are more casual wear.
