L'Oréal Steampod 3

My daughter wants a steampod for Xmas. She has very thick, very curly hair which is just past her shoulders.

Anyone know if they are any good and if they are suitable for her hair type?

I don't really want to waste £235 😬😬

I can recommend it. My daughter has similar hair and we both use it.
First came across it in hairdresser in Cyprus - he said it was much better than GHDs in humid conditions and I find it leaves hair silky and smooth and stops frizz.

@EvelynBeatrice ooh thank you! They sound perfect!

I absolutely love mine.

Not the latest model but I would cry if they broke and would definitely replace them!

I was on another forum and lots of posters bought a cheaper version on Amazon and raved about it. I will see if I can find the post to get the name.

iGutech is the brand name. £45

@BloomShine thank you! These came up on my search but you never know if they're any good do you!

I live in a hot and humid country. They are great and keeps hair in better condition than ceramic straighteners. You can get the earlier versions for a lot less.
