Do pajama bottoms without bum seam exist?

I hate how the back seam of pajama bottoms gets in my bum. I wear nighttime pants underneath to stop that happening but would rather have a break from wearing pants 24/7! I remember having a great set of mens pj's years ago that didn't have that back seam. They were so comfortable. Does anyone know if anywhere sells women's pjs like that?

I got a pair from m&s last year. Very comfortable, no seam. Very like men's pjs.

I've just had a look on the M&S website but can't find any seamless ones - or at least the lack of seam is not mentioned. What do your pjs look like gerbil?
