Teeth whitening

Anyone got any recommendations for teeth whitening that works without making teeth sensitive or more porous in the long run (and thereby more likely to stain).

Thanks in advance

Ive had Opalesence 15% prescribed by my dentist. Its great, no sensitivity and doesn't make your teeth more porous.

Avoid the 1 hour over the counter strips as they just dehydrate your teeth and the initial whitening effect gies after an hour or two.

Thanks. I think you're right I need to get from dentist but that reassures me a little more too
