Recommendations for thinning hair

Apparently I am peri menopausal which is affecting my hair and it is not growing very much and is really thinning out.
Any recommendations for products etc to help?

Are you dying it? Stopping dying made the most difference to my hair. It was fine throughout my 40s. Now it's so thick all hairdressers comment on it. They seem quite annoyed at the extra work 😃.
I assume you're already taking hair and nails supplements?

I was going to say multivitamins including Zinc. Also, Pantene Volumiser conditioner. And HRT.

Regaine should prevent it thinning further and may produce regrowth. Nothing else will - although some forms of HRT help and some will make it worse. Fine to use the 5% Regaine for men rather than the 2% for women.
