Oddly specific boots question

This is very fussy...

I've bought these UGG ankle boots

and love the knitted cuff and the colour. But the heel is a bit high for me (I know, pathetic; I have old creaky knees).

So basically I want as close to the same boots as I can find but with a flat(ter) heel... Have looked at Schuh, Office, the Outnet, Dune, Nine West, Kurt Geiger...

ANY ideas???

They look rather like high-heeled timberland type boots. How about these? (I realise you've already looked in Office, but might have missed them?)

How about Joseph Seibel- Sanja 09; Marta 01or Sandra 14 look similar but low heels

Their Maren 17 or Maren 06have a different type of sole but also the fabric ankle cuff

Also, LL Bean do lots of boots with two distinct sections like the ones you've bought, but they're more outdoorsy/rugged looking, so might not be the style you're after, e.g.:

lekkerkroketje, yes, UGG do lots of practical boots; I can't stand the sheepskin ones but have got too many a few pairs of sensible ones.

I find heel boots uncomfortable as well.
