what liquid eyeliner will stay for a whole day?

I've always used Rimmel Glam Eyes Liquid Liner. It's one with a paint brush end as opposed to a felt/hard tip.

I like the chanel one. Don't remember it being super expensive last time I bought it

I agree with the Chanel one, it is really good and lasts ages in the pen without drying up.

Stila, it's the best I've tried in terms of long lasting and an intense black.

Still waterproof one. It lasts all day, never dries out, never smudges - even through a workout

I second this. It's a very good liquid one with a precise paint brush wand. It can be a little bit flaky but that was minimal for me. 'Soph does nails' youtube channel didn't get in with it however because it made her eye itch. I like her channel because she's honest about her opinions. I've got like 5 of those eyeliners and they go on really well and are easy to apply. I find the marker felt tips dry out easily but I had those a long time ago.
