We are using condoms for contraception, and we are very diligent with them. I keep hearing stories about the 2% of failure stories. So my questions are: 1) Would you know if the condom was defective? And 2) Is the 2% always due to a manufacturing defect? Anyone got pregnant with perfect use of condoms?
