Do anyone do this still?
Does it help with cellulite, veins and ingrown hairs - my legs 3 nemesis'es!

Yes, I use the Korean exfoliating cloths with sanctuary salt scrub, then body brush. My skin looks brilliant when I'm out. It looks drab usually as I don't bother much!

Eesha I have Korean exfoliating cloths, but I’ve never found them to be that good. I’ve always thought I was doing it wrong. Could it be because I use them in the shower? I always thought you body brush on dry skin, then shower? Xx

Body brushing is for dry skin, with a natural bristled brush. I would love to do it more often as it makes my skin glow but I'm lazy. It's supposed to release toxins somehow due to simulation of the lymph glands.

Some women say it helps with cellulite, don't know about ingrown hairs. What kind of veins? If varicose, no, you shouldn't brush them. Or any broken skin.

I started body brushing for a few minutes daily back in March before a shower when I had more time as WFH. Before then I only did it randomly when preparing for a holiday.
I've seen a big improvement in skin tone and cellulite, especially on my arms so would really recommend it. I have some broken and varicose veins on my lower legs so don't do it below my knees.
Definitely give it a go!

I body brush daily, on dry skin, before a shower, and I think it has helped the appearance of cellulite on my thighs and backs of my arms.

@Fairweatherrunner i use mine in the shower and find the texture really good and scrubs my skin well. I also body brush too

Lily193 · 12/11/2020 15:56

I use a body brush every day and I think it helps to keep my skin soft and smooth. Definitely worth a try.

I've tried the Korean towels in the bath and the shower and they don't do much for me.

I do my legs every day, barely any cellulite at 43.
