Drinking lots of water

Hi all, for the last few months I have been trying to increase the amount of water I drink so I have nice skin. However I’ve found that I now have steady stream of new spots erupting?! I thought to begin with it was just clearing out my pores but it’s never ending. I have a good skin care regime and never had this many spots when I wasn’t drinking so much water. Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas why? I’m in my early 40s but now look like a spotty teenager!!!

Look at the science. Drinking water is good, but it doesn't clean anything out. It's not a flushable system. You can in fact be perfectly well hydrated from food, and even other drinks. However water is good because it's calorie free. Your skin has either responded to something topical like a cream or mask wearing, or you've got a mild eruptions from hormones or something.
