Waterproof trousers that are loose fitting

Any suggestions on where I can get some waterproof trousers to go over other trousers. For female adult. Need to be easy to get on/off as I'm a wheelchair user and can't go out if its raining in case my trousers get wet. I'm unable to take my trousers off without help (carer comes 8pm).

What's your budget? Plenty of outdoor waterproof trousers with full length zips down each leg but they're going to be on the pricier side.

I'm not made of money but if it means I can have more independence then I'm prepared to pay. I'll have a look thanks.

3/4 length zips. I'm unsure how much you can manage on your own, but the advantage of the long zips is you can open for venting even if you can't remove completely.

Are there not specific items designed for wheelchair users that would be easier to use than trousers?
