No help I'm afraid but watching with interest as I'm exactly the same and feel like I've tried everything. I'm really close to just giving in and having all my hair cut off because I'm so fed up with it.

For the hair Roots double effects intensive spray, its pricey for a hair product but lasts a long time if you spray in on your fingers and rub it into the scalp and it's always 3 for 2 somewhere.
for the Rosacea I've heard great things about Azelaic acid but I have no experience of it.

Sorry, Dermalex.

I use Pai skin products. Bit spendy but it doesn’t irritate ever.

Roots from lush is great for fine hair. Makes it feel full.
