Crepey Neck treatment?

Starting to really see a crepey neck creep in now I've lost some weight, I really hate it :(

Are there any treatments anybody can recommend that actually work or help at all?

It comes in the M&S winter beauty box so you may as well buy that with all the other products in it for approx the same price as just the one cream.

Clarins firming cream seems to work well for me.
