Tshirts with polo style Buttons but not neck

I'm really struggling to find anything online,possibly because it doesn't exist but am hoping I just can't get the wording right.

I've got a few polo shirts and I love the button section at the neck and how my boobs look in them, but I'm less keen on the big collar and that fabric they tend to come in. I feel like I'm in uniform wearing them.

So I'm wondering if there's such a thing as a tshirt style with those buttons, and if there is what would it be called?

I might just be going mad though

I don’t like them personally but GAP always at least have the long sleeved ones. Short sleeves harder to get but perhaps you could get them altered/alter them yourself.

I’ve seen collarless Fred Perry women’s polo shirts in the past when in buying gifts for men. So worth checking them out too.
