Best liner for wings

I'm currently using Rimmel for this but it smudges and doesn't look precise or neat at all after an hour or so of wear. Please can I have your recommendations for a sleek and lasting eye liner for perfect wings.

Kat Von D tattoo liner is my favourite for winged liner, it lasts all day!

I really struggle and have tried all types, I think my eyelids are too wrinkly and it drags - in awe of you smooth eyelidders

I rate the Eyeko liquid one. I also have wrinkly lids and it's the only one that seems to go on ok
