Marvellous night creams - tell me your secrets?

Hello style and beauty aficionados

I’m looking for a really good night cream that will allow me to get up after nights of insomnia not looking like a crumpled paper bag. Please help?

I’ve been using M&S ultimate sleep cream which is good but not as good as I feel it was a few years ago (when I found it from this forum!).

I’m in my thirties, very pale, prone to dry skin (mmm).

Thanks so much in advance :)

If you don't already you could try a hyaluronic acid serum after the morning cleanse for an instant plump and moisture boost. Apply to wet skin and usual moisturiser over the top. People here swear by Hada Labo range in Superdrug, I sometimes use Revalution London HA serum I really like it.

Not a cream but in the winter I use the Kiehl's midnight recovery oil underneath whichever night cream I happen to be using at the time and it works wonders. I find it too much for my skin the rest of the year but I get so dry and flaky in the cold and it makes such a difference. It's quite pricy but a bottle lasts me ages because I only need a few drops to do my whole face.

I love the La Mer Soft Cream. Expensive but seems to work. Have just started the Dermatica plan under that.

Have you tried melatonin for the insomnia?.
