4 months since giving birth my hair has been coming out in clumps and is now looking thin, lank, and all round depressing. Does anyone have a recommendation for a shampoo or conditioner that's good for this? Something to help it look thicker whilst I wait for it to grow back?
My hair is Caucasian by the way.
