Anyone got experience of falinas.com?

Thanks to an amazing mumsnet thread, I've just discovered Maybelline 24 SuperStay lipsticks and I'm completely obsessed - both with the matte ones and the ones that have the 2 ends! I've got weird shaped lips and while I can correct it with lip pencil overlining, I've never found a lipstick that doesn't come off the bits that are overlined so it just ends up accentuating my weird lip shape, as it stays on my actual lips. This stuff does not come off - it makes my lips look like I've had high end fillers done by the country's best cosmetic injector! And I now want to buy half the range! This will come to quite a lot of money though so I've been looking for deals. There's a site called falinas.com that does them for £3.39 or so whereas they're usually £9.99 (already bought 6 in my local Boots at that price - well, actually 3 for 2 at the moment) but can't afford another 30 at those prices and I can't wait to buy them - also my local Boots doesn't stock many shades as I live in a small town). But this falinas has a bit that says

"I accept the VIP membership where I shall top-up my account every month, unless skipped, and agree to receive newsletters and notifications from Falinas."

I can't figure out how to skip this but has anyone else any experience? Don't want to inadvertently end up paying vast amounts unknowingly!

I was supposed to be going on my first (very cheap) holiday in 8 years this year but had to cancel due to Covid. So while I lost some of the money I am treating myself with what I've saved by not going! Can't go too crazy though so if anyone can tell me if this is a reputable site I'd be very grateful! It has good reviews on trust pilot but other sites seem to be more negative. Not sure what to make of that...

AFTER BUYING 1 PRODUCT FROM FALINAS.COM THEY BEGAN DEBITING MY BANK ACCOUNT EACH MONTH WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE!! THEY NOW OWE ME A SUBSTANIAL AMOUNT. FALINAS.COM ARE NOTHING MORE THAN THIEFS.

Like many many many other customers here:
they took £24.70 monthly from me until I realised what was going on
I don’t know how but during the first purchase THEY TRICK YOU into getting a vip membership, I WAS NEVER AWARE this was happening
After STEALING YOUR MONEY, they transform it into credits that they say they cannot reimburse (as if money disappears)
These same CREDITS CAN EXPIRE of course, making even more fun of people
To not go through the hassle I was still willing to use these credits to get it over with
They were UNABLE TO DELIVER ONE SIMPLE PACKAGE, claiming that it was the pandemic or covid’s fault. Preparing for the birth of my first child, I have been ordering a lot from everywhere and had zero delay or problems with any other company
I have been in CONFLICT with them for MORE THAN TWO MONTHS
Sent dozens of emails to chase them because, of course, they are not actively helping to solve situations nor do they give answers to questions
They are unable to deliver the only product I would have needed from them, cancelled my ordered and STILL REFUSED TO PAY ME BACK
Only after I got enraged and after numerous emails, they sent me back half of my money and said they would give 35% of the other half back and the rest in their stupid credits while they know they cannot even give me the only product I would need. THIS IS INSULTING.
They made me WASTE TIME AND ENERGY having to deal with this, NO ONE needs this especially now

TO SUM UP, they trick you to steal your money and set up direct debit to your account, they refuse to pay you back, even when they cannot deliver, they do not update you unless you put the energy chasing them and they reply with copy paste emails including useless hearts and other smileys that have nothing to do with your request.

Then they protect themselves under the terms and conditions (like you will see when they comment on this) while THEY KNOW THEY ARE TRICKING YOU. I have never experienced such horrible, cynical, two faced company.
FRAUD DISHONEST THIEVES. SCAM, AWFUL!
