Cleanser / skincare help ⭐️

My face is suffering - my skin is super dry/dehydrated and I really could do with a new cleanser. Not sure what has triggered it, stress perhaps? I currently own nothing suitable Sad

I want a cleanser that is really gentle and hydrating, possibly a gel/cream/balm base? Budget isn’t really an issue as I’m happy to pay for decent results. The glossier milky jelly cleanser seems quite hydrating? However I would rather buy a product in store tomorrow from Selfridges/Boots etc so I can start using it ASAP, any recommendations appreciated.

Clarins - gentle foaming cleanser with shea butter, absolutely gorgeous. My skin is like yours and even though this cleanser is gently perfumed it still suits me.

@roastplastic thank you very much - it looks lovely. My local Boots has it in stock too so may very well buy it tomorrow!

The nip n fab range is absolutely amazing! my skin was really suffering as I wear a mask daily but the wipes have really helped. Plus it's all half price at the min.

Ponds C cold cream. About £3 from Boots. Heaven in a jar. Can't recommend it enough. Won't make your skin dry the slightest and will hydrate and leave it clean. I've been using it for more than 20 years, trust me, the thing is worth it.
Also, apply a layer of Rosehip oil over your skin before going to bed and let it drink it all over night. Watch the miracle in the mirror in the morning, lovely silky skin that actually glows Wink

This

This skincare edit by Superdrug x Nadine actually has all you need really to start off with. I love the Simply pure hydrating serum and have used it for ages alongside my other products.

I like the Clarins too.

Liz Earle hot clothe is really good.

The ordinary Squalane cleanser.... it's absolutely amazing and doesn't break the bank either!

I have skin like yours and I love the Kate Somerville goat milk cleanser. It's not far off the Clarins one recommended upthread. I prefer the texture of the KS one - a little more slip.

I have very dry, sensitive cheeks and I have found ground oats mixed with water to do an amazing job. The mixture cleans really well and does not dry out skin further.

Thank you all so much.

The Clarins counter was right next to the entrance and the lady who served me was great, so I just immediately bought the cleanser for dry skin! Will definitely keep looking into everything else you have recommended though!
