Sweaty Betty Leggings

I love SB stuff, but having an issue with their leggings. The XS fits perfectly in the leg, but I find them too tight around the waist, whereas the S fit perfectly around the waist, but are too baggy in the leg! If I got the XS ones, are they likely to give a bit around the waist over time?

Sorry for the boring post!

I LOOOOVE sweaty Betty and have quite a few pairs of leggings. Have you tried different styles? Power, zero gravity etc? In all honesty, they will not stretch out on the waist. I have pairs from 4/5 years ago that still fit like the day I bought them. I work out 4 - 5 times a week so they get used.

Thanks Chickadee. I've tried Power but didn't find them comfortable - they were the tightest/baggiest combo, if that makes sense. Super Sculpt is better, but still an issue.

I don't have a large waist proportional to my legs so can't believe I'm the only one with this problem!

Falcon1, I have exactly the same problem with Sweat Betty leggings, or it's a bit too tight around the waist or too baggy at the legs.
Lululemon leggings fit me much better, I really like the ones with the bigger waistband (wunder under/wunder train, fast&free)

Thank you Pirisprinkles! Haven't tried Lululemom - will give them a try. Great tip'

This is a good point. I find the wunder under lulu leggings too loose/baggy so I think you're right - if sweaty Betty doesn't fit, lulu may very well be better.

I find Sweaty Betty leggings do vary quite a bit, Though I love some of the patterned Power leggings, I find the plain styles much more reliable in terms of fit. I'm XS as well.

I'm the exact same, 5'8" size 8-10 and bought the power leggings and shiny ones in a S as was worried the XS would be too tight in the waist. In reality the legs are baggy and I have to keep on pulling them up. I'll definitely not buy from them again as find more style no substance.
I do running/ gym/ yoga but have been living in leggings this year; like many. I can't fault my several pair of Nike's; never have to adjust and they never ever bag.

Thanks Joanarc. Nice to know I'm not the only one! Will have a look at Nike. Although I have to admit that I'm more interested in wearing leggings as fashion rather than for exercise! Such a shame as I love the look of SB ones!
