Superfacialist vit c. Smells lovely, doesn't irritate eyes, does a good job, lasts ages, always on offer in Boots or Sainsbury's.

I love Kiehl's Midnight Recovery Cleansing Oil. It smells gorgeous, removes all makeup, including eyemakeup and emulsifies so it leaves your skin clean with no oily residue. I use it both morning and evening.

Votary

Another vote for Superfacialist Vit C here too. I picked one up recently in Boots for £8 but think I've also found it in TK Maxx for less.

Simple's cleansing oil! It's very cheap but very effective (I wear waterproof foundation and heavy eye make up and it gets it all off with minimal rubbing). Uses grapeseed oil so no clogging pores, and it washes off with no greasy residue. I love that I can just wash it off and not need a cloth/cotton to get it off - which is just another faff to buy. It's not luxurious and has no real fragrance but does the job for a bargain!

DHC cleansing oil. Massage it into your skin, then add water and it turns into a milky emulsion. Remove with a flannel. It’s fantastic. You can get a small bottle to try it out at Lookfantastic

I non-high street (Emma Hardie Moringa balm being my fave), but am also perfectly happy with Revolution skincare cleansing oil at 8 quid.
Would like to try Votary next. There is a Caroline Hirons 25% discount at the mo with code CH25.

The Votary one is lovely, @RosieCockle
I like Emma Hardie, the Elemis omega one and Scientia. I also have an expensive Disciple one. I generally prefer the ones that emulsify.

I’ve tried quite a few cleansing oils and I agree the Simple one is great. It’s cheap as chips and does the same job as much pricier ones. It can be tricky to find but I always get it in larger Boots branches.

The Superfacialist one stung my eyes. Sad I ditched it halfway through.

Ive used about a million bottles of Mac Cleanse Off. There are a couple of versions. Its very very good.

Also heard v good things about the DHC one and the Holika Holika. I think you can get the DHC on Look Fantastic and the HH one is on ASOS (along with the Mac one).
