Ok, so it looks like I'm not going to get to the hairdressers in a while.
What box colour could I use on this to make it more ashy less yellow. Don't mind it slightly darker.

I wouldn't use a box colour! Get a wella T14 Toner with 20% developer..

Purple shampoo and a tone correcting spray or purple conditioning spray specifically for blonde hair.

Also (if you can find any - I've been struggling) REF conditioner for platinum blonde hair.

I've been using Provoke Purple Shampoo but not making much difference.

The Provoke one is a bit rubbish IMO. Go for Fudge's Clean Blonde or Fanola's No Yellow and leave it on for 5-10 minutes before rinsing it off. Amazon sometimes have an offer on the Fanola one.
