I bleached my roots on Friday night and the bleach took a little too well - they’ve ended up very light! I put Jerome Russell Champagne toner on today (Saturday) to even out the colour with my usual light blonde, but it has barely taken. I’ve now got Wella light ash blonde and would like to try again to cover the pale pale yellow at my roots, but will this work?
I don’t want to wreck my hair or scalp, or waste the toner if it’s not going to work over the previous toner, but really want to cover up this unnatural pale yellow at my roots. Help!
