Philips Lumea Acne and hair loss

Hi
Any users of Philips Lumea experience any acne after use? Or hair fall/increases thinning of head hair? I have both and only since I started using the Lumea. I'm wondering if there is any connection. I recall seeing a review where user mentioned acne as a side effect but I can't find any trace of it now. Thanks. Now I have thinning hair, acne AND facial hair. 🙁

I saw hair thinning coincidentally at the sametime as lumea. I stopped lumea and have lots of baby hairs. I dont know if its a coincidence. Never had acne.
Hairyness, acne and thinning hair are all linked to hormones (PCOS) so maybe the sort of person using lumea already has hormonal issues? I dont know....

Thanks FatController. I'm 45, 3 kids (no problems conceiving), no pain with menstrual cycle, so don't think I have pcos. Excess hair has been bane of my life since 18 (and shows no signs of abating). Thinning hair is new, as is acne, all have appeared in last 2 years. I guess it could be my age. 😭

@padsi1975 and @FatControIIer were you just using the lumea on your face when you got the thinning hair? I’ve just bought a lumea mainly to use on my bikini line, but might use it on my face too. However, I already have thinning hair so don’t want to lose any more!

No, underarms and bikini line also. But mostly face. And of course it could be totally unrelated!
