Hi, I have recently bought a Lumea With the intention of using it on legs and face. I have read the instructions but a bit confused on the hair removal cycle and wondered if any of you could help?

It says use on hair free area - so does this mean as soon as you have shaved etc you can use it, or would the day after be ok, for example?

Also, my face is a nightmare! I have been randomly plucking for years and so am in a terrible cycle of having to do that every day. Therefore hairs are growing at different rates. Anyone else been like that and successfully used a Lumea? I am wondering whether I need to bite the bullet and let the facial hair grow a bit...then maybe shave it...? Never have shaved it and scared to do so... what if Lumea doesn’t work and I have stubbly face.... etc etc

Or, will plucking be ok as a removal method but I might have to do the first lasering a few times on different areas over consecutive days. IYSWIM.

Any help or suggestions much appreciated. Thanks

I would leave it and then shave before zapping with the Lumea. You can't use it on plucked/ waxed skin anyway as it needs the follicle and hair in place below the skin to treat. If you remove the follicle then there's nothing to zap.

Ah thanks. That’s helpful re plucked and waxed . I couldn’t see it saying that anywhere!
