Epsom Hairdresser

I am relatively new in the area. Need an advice for a good hairdresser for short hair with blonde highlights. So must be good in cut and highlight.

Advice will be much appreciated. I live close Epsom highroad.

I have very thick hair and have searched for a decent hairdresser for years. I now go to heaven scent in west Ewell and always get a fab cut and colour. They have a FB page that you can follow until they are allowed to reopen.
